  • General Responsibilities

    Job Summary:


    Responsible for accompanying parking customers to the airport and returning the customer car, coordinating the pick-up and delivery of customers, and completing parking logs and associated cash reports.



    • Accompany parking customers to the airport and return the customer cars to DTG parking stalls; record stall numbers.
    • Direct customers to available parking spaces in the lot; receive and respond to customer inquiries or complaints
    • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the parking booth and parking areas
    • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of customers with drivers via two-way radio
    • Monitor lot at all times for security purposes
    • Manually log all vehicles exiting the lot
    • Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned

    Mandatory Requirements

    Required Education/Experience:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Valid driver's license as required by state


    Knowledge and Skill:

    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to operate hand held check-in device
    • Ability to write cleary and concisely
    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
