  • General Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinate fleet moves throughout the entire XXXXXXXXX area.
    • Supervise a unionized work group and manage productivity to reduce costs, enhance customer service and improve performance.
    • Work in conjunction with the Fleet and Contribution (yield) departments to ensure the pool is making the correct “move” decisions based on contributory rentals.
    • Complete a variety off administrative responsibilities including but not limited to working in conjunction with ERS, locating missing cars, maintaining non-revenue vehicle reporting, verifying wholesales / turnbacks, opening and receiving purchase orders and tow tickets, requesting vehicle titles, assisting with regional re-marketing efforts and answered all fleet related questions for the field as they arise.
    • Keep abreast of competitive actions in the marketplace and communicate to management to ensure trends are incorporated into Hertz' strategy as appropriate.

    Mandatory Requirements

    Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered:

    • Excellent computer skills are essential - advanced Excel including Pivot Table familiarity required.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • 4-year college degree or relevant work experience.
    • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
